ubitexx is a software manufacturer and an innovative, global technology leader for

In November 2008, ubitexx closed a round of venture capital round financing from
Target Partners. The funds are earmarked for expansion into the North American market.
With headquarters in Munich, Germany, ubitexx has now opened its North American
operation with offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

ubitexx has used extensive knowledge of the mobile market to build a comprehensive
solution for smartphone management and secure connectivity. That solution provides
customers with three important innovations:

1) Ability for IT management to understand and oversee a fleet of devices that they
may never directly handle, and to provide superior experiences to users who they
may never meet.

|
|
2) Create support and administrative processes on each smartphone that control use
of the device automatically so that policies are followed and risks are avoided.

|
3) Optimize performance for each platform, taking advantages of the features and
benefits of each smartphone and operating system.
|
|
|
|
Since release of ubi-Suite for Windows Mobile in 2007, over 50 customers in the
EU have chosen ubitexx as their smartphone innovation provider. While the Win Mobile
version is constantly being enhanced (See Version 2.1 Release), support for BlackBerry
and Apple’s iPhone is scheduled for the second quarter of 2009.

ubi-Suite (and ubiControl) have won several of the most prestigious European software
awards, including the European ICT award and the 2008 German Internet Prize. Both
awards highlighted the innovations listed above that accelerate installation, simplify
the use and monitoring of mobile push mail, mobile messaging, mobile security, and
other mobile services.
