| In 1986 Kurt founded Dataware Technologies, which grew annual revenues to $41 million in 1993 and under his direction issued a successful public offering on the NASDAQ. From 1984 through 1986, Kurt was managing director of Lotus Development GmbH in Munich. Prior to that he worked as a strategic consultant for Bain & Company. |

| Kurt is chairman of the supervisory board at MagCode AG and an advisory board member at Mercateo AG and ubitexx GmbH. He was also responsible for Target Partners' investments in WLAN AG (sold to Swisscom AG in 2003), NXN Software AG (sold to Avid Technology in 2004) and gate5 AG (sold to Nokia in 2006). |

| Mr. Digate is currently raising a fund for investing in renewable energy and energy efficiency developers, Clean Energy Investment Partners LLC. He is applying his experiences from a successful career in the software industry to the emerging field of clean energy. |

| His software background includes leading two venture-backed enterprise software companies-Beyond for electronic mail and Convoq for web conferencing. He also served as CEO of MathSoft, a publicly held engineering software company, and as an executive for Lotus Development in its formative years, notably having built its international operations among other general management roles. He began his career at Texas Instruments, culminating as general manager of its European Home Computer business. |
| He holds a BSc. from MIT in the Life Sciences and a MBA from the University of Michigan. Mr. Digate has served as an board member of several venture-backed software companies including LiveVault, Centra, Covergence and ubitexx. |

| Mr. Gulder handles the BayBG's, i.e. the lead investor's, participation in ubitexx GmbH. Mr. Gulder has more than eight years of experience in equity financing and IPO.In the course of his employment with a private equity company in Frankfurt, he supported several venture capital companies with their IPOs. Prior to this, he was senior manager with an international accountancy firm in Stuttgart. |
